- The Bead Boutique of Naples, Inc. store will ship via FedEx, USPS & UPS Monday thru Friday except for holidays. We will do our best to ship all orders, as long as the product is In-stock and the order is reveived by 11:00 A.M EST. In general all in-stock items will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt of order. An e-mail will be sent to confirm both the ship out date and any order status issues. A confirmation tracking number will also be e-mailed to you. Orders must be received by 11:00 A.M. EST. to ensure next day or second day delivery. We only ship to Contiguous United States, Canada and United Kingdom. Shipping charges may be applied to purchased items based on weight and or destination destination. Larger and heavy items may include a charge for handling fee.

Your email address and contact information will be used for billing purposes or if we need to contact you about your order. Customers who sign up for our newsletter can unsubscribe at anytime.

- We are a physical store located in Naples Florida. We may have an item that is posted out-of-stock online, so please inquire by calling our store 10am-4pm EST Monday-Friday if you see an item out-of-stock.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- Online payment options are: Master Card, Visa, American Express and Discover. No exceptions unless you are a wholesale customer and you wish to call our store to make arrangements.
- Viewing Orders
- If you create an account and place your order as a customer your order history will be made available to you by logging in with your customer number and password.
